Senior Technician (Web Services and Portals)

Duties:

Administering and monitoring MS SharePoint farms for any glitches or problems;
Troubleshooting issues promptly;
Answering customers' needs by configuration of the system or new solution design;
Ensuring a running system on all aspects (technical, functional technical processes, operational procedures, etc.);
Performing daily work on the system to ensure platform stability and consistency;
Managing system security, system patching and upgrades;
Configuring MS SharePoint services and settings;
Collecting and documenting new requests, requests for changes.


Requirements:

Expertise in administration of SharePoint farms (2013, 2016, 2019);
Experience in installation, configuration and migration of large MS SharePoint farms;
Hands-on experience with MS Windows Servers;
Experience with MS Windows PowerShell;
Experience with VMWare, Hyper- V and Microsoft systems;
In depth knowledge of network protocols and network management technology;
Knowledge on database migration, content replication and synchronization;
Ability to think and work quickly to remedy system shutdowns or serious platform problems;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Fluent English, in both spoken and written.
