Job description
As a Solution Architect you supervise the migrations for the FPS Justice to a new and modern working environment. You are responsible for the design of the Microsoft 365 environment and the renewal of the internal server park, you also provide input for the design of the Azure Cloud environment of the FPS Justice. You take into account the number of users, capacity requirements, available licenses, etc. You keep a total overview of the entire infrastructure and coordinate all its components.
You are responsible for the design of the new infrastructure, including the infrastructure for which that design has already been prepared. You provide design and architecture documents and test plans. You are responsible for developing an implementation plan of that design, together with the technical teams. You support the technical team by drawing up a realistic planning for the migration and you support the PM in following this up. You are responsible for supporting the technical teams during the implementation and acting as a sounding board for them.
You stay informed of the Microsoft environment and determine the actions regarding changes that have an impact or that are an opportunity for all environments within the FPS Justice.
You report to the program manager.
Your profile
at least 5 years of experience as a solution architect
thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and Power Platform.
relevant experience in Microsoft/Office 365 migrations
experience with implementing new security as a result of an on-prem to cloud environment
experience with cloud, data and application governance
experience with Azure / Power Platform
