Description

As an IT Project Manager, you act as the point of contact for the business for all IT-related projects. You guide and advise the internal customer in making the right decisions and in drawing up priorities and schedules. You provide communication to all stakeholders and build a real partnership with the business.

Function

You manage multiple projects. The following features are essential for this:

· With a business case under your arm, you work together with the internal customer to realize the desired benefits as efficiently as possible.

· You work towards a solution together with the various IT squads, always taking into account the added value, budget, timing, scope and risks.

· You communicate on a very regular basis with all parties involved.

· You provide space for testing, feedback and retros.

· You keep the overview, engage the right people and promote harmonious cooperation between different stakeholders.

Profile

· You have a bachelor's or master's degree. Experience in project management is an asset, but not required.

· You have strong communication skills and people skills.

· You put team interests first and set the right priorities with a view to the total framework.

· You are stress-resistant: you keep a cool head if things don't go as planned and you can handle strict deadlines well.

· You like to pick up new insights and you show a broad interest in IT-related topics.

· You speak Dutch, English and French fluently.
