Profile :
Successful experiences with Contact Center Platform implementation
Experience with all-in-one solution VERSUS contact center tool and separate widgets such as chatbot solution
Experience with AI and voice technology
Experience in public tendering
Bilingual (NL/FR) and fluent in EN
Mission:
Validate The company's Contact Center ambition
Assess the level of AI needed
Validate the completeness of the business requirements
Assist The Belgium Authority in the choice of the new Contact Center tool
If needed: assist the Belgium Authority writing the Public Tendering
